Fall Home Maintenance Checklist

  • Seal, patch blacktop drive
  • Check, tighten and adjust fences, gates and doors
  • Fill all sinks, drain and check for leaks
  • Check toilet for leaks
  • Change indoor air filters
  • Check and tighten all light fixtures, wall plugs and wall switches
